You can contact the Environmental Working Group for a list of conventional
grown foods with high amounts of pesticides in them. This site also tells
you the safest foods to eat in terms of pesticide residue. Of course,
organic is best, but if one can only buy some organic, why not make it
the ones that are otherwise loaded with pesticides?
